ALTUS PLATFORM LLC operates Altus Language School and its online learning platform. We provide English and Japanese language education, primarily for Portuguese-speaking learners living in Japan.

What we do

Our learning platform
A student account brings together course materials, listening and speaking activities, exercises, assessments and learning progress. Platform access is included in course plans; it is not sold as a separate software subscription.
A service delivered online
Students use an internet-connected computer, tablet or smartphone to access their courses and scheduled lessons. The service consists of education and digital access; no physical products are shipped.

Choose your weekly lesson frequency.
Our standard monthly course plans are priced in Japanese yen (JPY). Each plan includes access to the learning platform. Availability and your lesson schedule are confirmed with the school.

*The first payment includes a one-time enrollment fee of ¥22,000 for level assessment, study planning, account setup and course materials. Any enrollment discount or waiver is shown in your offer before purchase; monthly tuition is fixed.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. School-managed billing follows the payment instructions provided at enrollment. There is no separate platform or card-processing fee charged by the school. Your internet connection and any currency conversion charged by your bank are your responsibility.

Choose your course
Browse our English or Japanese courses and discuss your level, weekly lesson frequency and available class times with the school.

Confirm your enrollment
Review your plan, the one-time enrollment fee, billing method and cancellation terms before paying. Card payments are processed through Stripe; any school-arranged payment instructions are confirmed separately.

Access your learning account
We set up your student account and course enrollment. Your materials, activities and progress are delivered online through the student platform. Account setup and the first live lesson schedule are confirmed during enrollment.
- 04
Learn online with support
Attend scheduled live lessons with your teacher and practice with digital materials between classes. Contact the school by email, telephone or WhatsApp for enrollment and service questions.
